Marketing and advertising

The simplest and most effective way to market a property is to take professional photos and then place them in places your potential tenants will see them. We have links with some of the best advertising and marketing minds in London, and use their expertise to create inspiring adverts for your commercial spaces.

Viewing the property

We find out the best times to conduct viewings at your commercial space, then when a prospective tenant contacts us after seeing your property advertised, we will arrange a viewing.

We accompany all tenants during their viewing, and will be able to answer any questions they have about the building, landlord and commercial potential.

Interest, offers & Completion

After a tenant has expressed an interest in renting your commercial space, we will obtain references from bank, accountant, solicitor, Landlord and 2 trade references to check their suitability as long term client while we check the Head terms we make sure the head terms are agreed and signed from both Incoming tenant & Landlord . Once every thing in placed we forward all the paper work to both solicitor to prepare the Lease
